Raised in, and committed to the Pikes Peak Region, the Craddock Family seeks to uphold family traditions while exploring creative solutions to emerging opportunities in our community. We are more than our properties: we are a family, utilizing real estate to support and uplift Colorado Springs, El Paso County, and beyond.
Craddock Beginnings
Founded in 1967 by James Berry Craddock, Craddock Commercial Real Estate specializes in the development of land and commercial property. From the Front Range to New Mexico, Craddock has constructed and operated over 300 properties.
The legacy of Berry continues into today, with Matt, Mike, and James committed to serving the Pikes Peak Region, its business owners and residents alike. In the past decade, we have navigated the growth of El Paso County and Colorado Springs with small businesses in mind – developing multi-family projects from the ground-up and ensuring our existing shopping centers like Mission Trace, at S. Academy and Hancock, are servicing the community at large.
